Valerie helped me through a very drawn out, difficult closing with the initial buyer. She stayed on the buyer’s agent and lender, doing everything she could to keep me informed and try to move closing forward. When it became clear that deal wasn’t going to go forward in any semblance of a timely manner, she quickly and efficiently handled the cancellation and transition to a backup offer she had secured and vetted just in case. This became a long drawn out process because there were so many people that did not do their job ( title companies, real estate agents representing the buyers, pest control people, and of can't forget about the appraiser who had to make a name for themselves). But the sale finally went through. Valerie did a great job seeing it through.
